That’s what this week’s Aries Full Moon energy is all about. Letting go. Resetting your nervous system. And remembering that courage doesn’t mean pushing harder, it means trusting your timing.
I’ve just come back from a gorgeous business retreat in Marbella (yes, it was as dreamy as it sounds), and for the first time in ages, I actually switched off. It gave me space to think about what’s working, what’s not, and what we really need as women navigating work, family, and our own wellbeing.
Here’s what I realised, we don’t need more noise. We need structure that feels like support. We need space to breathe. And we need practices that meet us where we are — not where we think we “should” be.
🌙 This Week’s Energy: The Aries Full Moon
Aries energy is bold and direct, it pushes us to act, to move, to reclaim a part of ourselves we’ve been dimming. But because we’re also in Libra season, this fire is softened with balance and reflection.
So this week isn’t about burning everything down, it’s about moving with intention.
💫 Wellbeing Focus: Move your body, but don’t overcomplicate it. This week, focus on grounding movements: hips, glutes, shoulders, and gentle core work. Aries rules the head, so get out of your head and into your body.
💫 Mind & Energy: Notice the thoughts that whisper “I’m not ready” or “Who am I to do that?” That’s your old programming trying to keep you safe. This week is the time to challenge it.
💫 Work & Business: Wednesday (Mercury’s day) is your green light to act, share that idea, post that offer, reach out to the person you’ve been hesitating to connect with. Aries rewards courage — not perfection.
