Who Am I?

I’m Carrie. My path to wellness wasn’t straightforward it was born from personal struggle, resilience, and a deep desire to reclaim my health and happiness. After experiencing a mental health breakdown, navigating early menopause, and being neurodiverse.

I found myself searching for balance. Pilates, sound healing, meditation & most recently Belief Coding® became strong foundations in my lifeline, helping me rebuild my strength, both physically and emotionally.

With years of experience as a business owner in the beauty industry & 20 years corporate management experience, I understand the toll that stress, burnout, and life’s demands can take on our bodies and minds. Now, I use my expertise to help entrepreneurial women & their teams particularly those navigating change, peri-menopause, and the pressures of work and family find alignment, strength, and peace through movement, mindfulness and sound.

I am also working towards becoming a certified Belief Coding® facilitator, helping individuals unlock limiting beliefs and create lasting transformation in their lives.

I believe in transformation. I believe in the power of movement to heal, in the magic of sound to restore, and in the necessity of self-care to thrive. Carrie's Wellbeing Space was created as a safe, nurturing environment where women can come together, reconnect with themselves, and build a foundation for lasting wellness. Through a blend of Pilates, meditation, sound therapy, and belief coding, I offer a holistic approach to physical and emotional wellbeing, helping you feel strong, grounded, and empowered in your own mind & body.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced mover, my Pilates classes offer a mindful, structured approach to building strength and flexibility. With a focus on small group sessions and online accessibility, you can join me in-person or from the comfort of your home. My classes include:


- Beginner & Classic Mat Pilates – A gentle but powerful practice to strengthen, tone, and improve mobility.

- Power Pilates – A dynamic, high-energy session incorporating small weights for added intensity.

- Online Pilates Membership – Join a supportive community with regular live classes, rewatchable content, and structured programs to help you progress at your own pace.
